DIRECTIONS OF USE:

Mix 1 scoop (8 gm) with 200-250 ml of water or your favourite cold beverage. For beginners, we recommend one scoop during workout. For heavy workout, you can take 1-2 servings per day. Follow trainer’s recommendation before use. Drink plenty of water during workout.
