DIRECTIONS OF USE:

Fill the blender/shaker/glass with 200 ml of your favourite beverage or water and add one scoop (33 gm.) of Purobien Nutrition Gold whey Protein. 

Blend/shake/stir for 20-30 seconds or until completely blended. For a delicious smoothie, add peanut butter, fruits or yogurt along with ice cubes. For Mass Gainers: Add higher calorie foods such as peanut butter, 1-2% milk and fruit juices. For Dieters: Add lower calorie foods such as skimmed milk or just use water.
